Introduction

This is an adapted deviled egg recipe to lower the calories for Easter lunch :)

We dyed our eggs a couple days before deviling them so they had time for the dye to soak through shell and make the eggs pretty.

Serving is one deviled egg (not a whole egg but the egg half)

Ingredients

    17 Hard Boiled Eggs
    3 tsp Mustard (not all mustards are 0 calorie - I used 0 calorie for this recipe)
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    1/2 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil reduced fat mayo
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Paprika (optional)

Directions

Cut eggs in half and remove yolk to bowl.
Run yolks thru chopper/food processor to make very fine.
Add the mustard, vinegar, and mayo to the yolk.
Put into decorator bag with with whichever tip you desire and fill eggs with deviled egg mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.


Serving Size: Makes 34 deviled eggs
