    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 2 cup (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup (remove)
    *Italian (Herbs) Seasoning (oregano, rosemary, parsley, etc), 1 serving (remove)
    *Aldi's Egg Subsitute, .5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Herb-Ox Granulated Chicken Boullion, Very Low Sodium, 4 tsp (remove)


Reconstitute the TVP set aside.
Saute onione in tsp of olive oil .
Add seasonings cheese TVP Form into balls, I used the black OXO small cookie scoop 1.4 inch
