These are great, ive gotten sooo many good reviews from people. Everyone thinks they have more fat and calories than they do. Very moist and yummy. Feel free to substitute whole wheat flour, egg whites, ect. I've tried all variations and they are great. Perfect for a snack or breakfast!! Enjoy!! Ingredients

1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1.5 cup bananas, 3 or 4 whole
Directions
combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas.
add to dry ingredients.
stir just until moistened.
fill greased muffin cups three quarters full.
bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
cool and enjoy!
