    1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
    1 c FF cheddar cheese shredded
    1 c FF cottage cheese
    2 garlic cloves
    3 eggs
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp pepper


Preheat Oven to 350
Mix all ingredients.
Spray pie dish with Pam
Pout mixture in dish
Bake 45 minutes.

    I did make this the night b4 and re-heated it the next morning it was great. Husband loved it. I used egg beater in place of the eggs. - 4/12/10

    This was very good! I was pleasantly surprised as I have never used cottage cheese in cooking before...only ate it cold. Was a great change for breakfast. - 7/19/09
