Introduction

Not a low fat or low cal dish by any means but quick and easy to make for the rest of the family who won't touch your healthy salads with a 10 foot pole! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz stuffing mix
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 cup water
    2.5 cups cooked chicken, chopped
    .5 cups mayo
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    shredded cheese to taste

Directions

Mix together stuffing mix, melted butter and water and set aside. Mix together chicken and mayo. Add salt to taste. Layer half of the stuffing mixture in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top with chicken mixture. Layer remaining stuffing mixture on top. Whisk together eggs and milk and pour evenly over top of casserole. Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes.
