Introduction
Approximately 90 cents per bar. Very filling and satisfying. Can add chips or use chocolate protein powder for a twist on the base recipe. :) Approximately 90 cents per bar. Ingredients

1 C Oats (I used old-fashioned)
2 C smooth Peanut Butter
5 scoops Protein Powder ( I used vanilla whey and soy)
3/4 C dry milk
1/2 C flax seed
1/2 C Honey
Directions
Mix all but flax seed and oats in bowl w/ electric mixer. Will be extremely thick. Hand stir in Oats and Flax seed. Press into 8X8 dish lined w/ wax paper (for easier removal). I used rolling pin to smooth out the bars. Really press mixture into pan. Refrigerate to help set. Cut into 16 bars. (I doubled recipe and used jelly roll pan for easier rolling) 1 serving = 1 bar
