Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup blueberries- optional. does not add any extra points if used.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. coat baking sheets with cooking spray. combine flour, oats, cinnamon, soda and salt; reserve. in another bowl, whisk together sugar, egg whites, oil, applesauce and vanilla until combined. stir in flour mixture until combined. then add blueberries. drop by tbsp onto baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool.
