    1 Tbsp avocado spread (this recipe used jimmy john's)
    1/4 cup, alfalfa sprouts
    4, medium thick slices, tomatoe
    2 leaves romaine lettuce
    2 slices lite provolone
    2 slices wheat bread


make both pieces of bread the same by splitting ingredients in half for layering:
1. avocado spread
2. lettuces
3. provolone
4. tomato slices
5. sprouts

When placed together as a sandwich, all of the layers combine in the perfect texture and moisture. Enjoy!
