Introduction

adapted from the Nutty Cookie- Paleo Diet adapted from the Nutty Cookie- Paleo Diet
Number of Servings: 27

Ingredients

    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1c. organic pumpkin
    1.5c Almond Butter- creamy
    1c. coconut milk
    2/3c. coconut flour
    1t. baking soda
    2t. cinnamon
    1t. vanilla
    1/2t. salt
    3/4c. unsweetened coconut flakes.

    Combine all ingredients well. Drop by scoop on parchment lined cookie sheet. Drop tray a few times to flatten cookies out a bit. .
    I used 3T scoop from Pampered Chef ( large scoop).

Directions

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes on tray then transfer to cooling rack.
