Introduction

A great, delicious, alternative to that Mc.....muffin we all USED to love, but without all that fat and sodium!! A great, delicious, alternative to that Mc.....muffin we all USED to love, but without all that fat and sodium!!

Ingredients

    egg beaters
    turkey sausage crumbles
    whole wheat english muffin
    spray butter
    fat free american cheese
    pepper to taste

Directions

split english muffin in half and spray each half with a couple sprays of butter spray, put in broiler or toaster oven until brown
MEANWHILE put egg beater, sausage crumbles, flavor with pepper to desire, mix together and microwave for 1 min (maybe 10-20seconds longer depending on your microwaves power), until puffy and no liquid remains. put cheese on muffin, add cooked egg mixture and enjoy!
