Ingredients

    4 large eggs, 3/4 cup egg substitute, 4 oz cabot 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup milk 1%, 1-1.25 cup cooked broccoli, 1/2 fresh broccoli cut up

Directions

mix together eggs, egg substitue, cheese, milk, & mustard. Spray pie plate or any eight or 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Throw broccoli in pan and top with egg mixture and sprinkle with chopped up broccoli on top. bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
