Introduction

Ingredients

    6 T Agave Nectar light
    1/2 c Skippy Naturals Peanut butter
    2 T maple syrup (pure)
    1 T EVOO (extra Virgin Olive oil)
    2 T Blackstrap Molasses
    1/2 t cinnamon *adding more can help you reduce the other sugars
    1 t vanilla Extract
    2 C rolled oats
    2 C rice crispy * I use grapenuts
    1/2 c flaxseed
    1/2 c sliced almonds
    1/2 c apricots or rasins
    1/2 c chopped dates

Directions

In small saucepan over medium heat combine first 6 ingredients. Cook until mixture bubbles 3-5 minutes

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour peanut butter mixture over top of dry ingredients. Press into 9 x 13 parchment paper lined pan.

Cut and serve after cooled.

Serving Size:  Each serving measures 1.8" x 2.25"
