Introduction

An amazingly simple salsa recipe but a kick of deliciousness that my husband mixes up! The batch makes about 2 3/4 cups of salsa or 33 tablespoons. An amazingly simple salsa recipe but a kick of deliciousness that my husband mixes up! The batch makes about 2 3/4 cups of salsa or 33 tablespoons.

Ingredients

    5 Medium-Sized, Vine Red Ripe Tomatoes (Roasted & Diced)

    1 1/2 cup of Raw White Onion (Diced)

    2 Yellow Peppers--Sweet, 3-3/4' long, 3' dia (Roasted to remove the skin, remove seeds and mince)

    1 Jalapeņo Pepper (Roasted to remove the skin, remove seeds and mince)

    1 Serrano Peppers (Roasted to remove the skin, remove seeds and mince)

    3 Raw Cloves of Garlic (Finely minced)

    1 tsp of Salt

Directions

1. Add salt to bowl first. Dice Raw Onion and mince raw Garlic, put in bowl, muddle together and move to side.

2. Roast all Peppers, let cool, remove skin, cut open, remove seeds. Mince. Add to Onion and Garlic, muddle together.

3. Roast all tomatoes, let cool in ice bath, remove skins, and dice. Add to mix and muddle all together. Move into a sealed Tupperware like container and put in fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Renders 2 $ 3/4 cup or 33 TBSPs
