Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Whole Milkfish medium size, split half sideways
    1/2 Garlic Clove, minced or squashed
    4 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper (use according to your needs)
    1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Directions

Marinate the Milkfish with Balsamic, Garlic and Ground Pepper for at least couple of hours.

Heat pan with Olive Oil and fry until brown on both sides.

Serving Size: 1 Whole Milkfish, medium size, makes about 2 servings
