This is some mighty snack mix -- almonds, soynuts, three types of dried fruit, and (of course) a little chocolate to give you long-lasting energy and keep you full! 4 oz. soynuts, unsalted (the nutrition info is for the salted kind because there were no plain soynuts to choose from in the database!)
4 oz. dried cranberries
3 oz. raisins
