Ingredients

    2 bananas sliced
    2 mangoes- peeled, sliced off seed and cubed
    1 pineapple- diced
    6 kiwi's-peeled and diced
    2 cups strawberries- diced
    2 cups seedless grapes halved
    1 small seedless watermelon- scooped into balls( 4 cups)
    1 small canteloupe-scooped into balls(6 cups)
    1/4 cup lime juice
    4 packs splenda
    4 Teas orange liquer( grand marnier, triple sec etc)

Directions

mix splenda, liquer, & lime juice. Slice bananas into juice first- then cut all other fruit on top. When done mix with hands and serve drizzled with optional sauce

Sauce( recipe below) cals not counted in current count.

Mix two 6 oz fruit, berry or vanilla fat free yogurts with 1/2 cup coco lopez...decadently GOOD!
