Ingredients

    turkey sausage crumbles- 1 bag
    hash browns-4 c
    reduced sodium Cheddar cheese- 2 c.shredded
    Swiss cheese-1.25 c. shredded
    1.5 c egg beaters
    1 med onion, chopped
    1.5 c Fiber one Cottage cheese

Directions

Cook sausage & onions. Mix all other ingredients in bowl & add sausage/onion mixture. Put this into greased 9 x 13 pan & bake for 35- 40 min. or until bubbly. Let stand 10 min & serve. Makes about 12-16 servings.

    I will make this to try it, but I don't think that 16 servings from one pan is a reasonable portion size... - 12/25/10
