Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1.5 cups of frozen corn
    1/2 cup black bean
    1 cup crushed tomato or diced
    2 cups of chicken broth
    1/2 cup of left over rice stuff (I had it, I added it)
    chili powder
    cumin and other spices.

Directions

Throw ingredients in crock pot
Cook on low for a few hours.
