Decaffeinated Coffee (double strenght*), 3/4 cup
Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup
Chocolate Whey Protein (powder), 28 gram(s) (1-2 scoop)
Cool Whip Free, 3 tbsp
Hershey's Lite Syrup (or sugar free), 1 tbsp
5- 6 ice cubes
Equal/Splenda
Directions
Put everything but the chocolate syrup, ice and 1 tbsp of cool whip in a blender. Mix until smooth, add ice and blend for a couple of seconds. Pour the mix in a glass and top with the rest of the ingredients (or you can pour the syrup in the cup before the drink).
Enjoy!! =D
*Coffee: I usually make 6 cups of coffee and save the rest. This is how I make it double strong- I usually add 1 tbsp for every 8 oz of water so for 6 cups of water I use 12 tbsp. Simple and easy =D.
