Can easily reduce ingredients to 1/3 shown for 12oz fish. May sub other white fish such as flounder. Ingredients

Cod, 2.5 lbs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Lemon Juice, 6 tbsp
Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Truvia Natural Sweetener, 3 packets
Extra virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Arrange fillets in baking dish just large enough to hold in one layer (Use more than one dish if needed)
Mince garlic and in a small bowl combine with lemon juice, soy sauce and Stevia packets
Whisk in oil until emulsified
Pour vinaigrette over fish
Bake fish in middle of oven until just cooked through and no longer translucent (about 11 to 13 minutes)
Remove fillets with slotted spoon
Serve and eat while hot
Note: If you use any of the remaining sauce, the fat and sodium is not accounted for in the nutritional info.
