Introduction

Chili for a family in the praries, super easy to make, and usually it just sits in the slow cooker for the day. Great and easy for when we are on the run. Ingredients

    1 lbs. extra lean ground beef (drained of fat)
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can of corn (unsalted)
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced onion

Directions

Cook ground beef and drain of fat.

Put all ingredients in slow cooker including cooked ground beef. Set on low for the day.

Serving Size: Makes 5-6 servings depending on how much veggies you put in.
