Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion or 1.5 - 2 Tbsp minced onion
1 15.5 oz can Kidney Beans (light or dark red)
1 15 oz can Petite (or reg) Diced Tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can Tomato Sauce
1.5 Tbsp chili powder
Directions
1) In a medium pan, brown ground beef and onion (you do not need to drain)
2) Pour in undrained canned food (Kidney Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce)
3) Stir
4) Stir in chili powder
Heat until boiling, then simmer for at least 3-5 minutes. Longer simmer time is ok and actually causes flavors to blend wonderfully.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 5 1-cup servings
