Ingredients

    Bread Crumbs with italian romano cheese, 60 gram(s)
    Onions, raw, 50 grams
    Ground beef, lean, 480 grams
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Prepared Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
    Horseradish, 15 gram(s)
    Paprika, 0.5 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp

Directions

Cut onion in small cubes. Mix beef with breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mustard, horseradish, marjoram, thyme and paprika powder together and use salt & pepper to taste.

Form 8 meatballs. Put oil in nonstick pan and heat up. Fry meatballs on both sides for 4-6 minutes each side.

Serving Size: makes 8 meatballs, 2 pieces are one portion
