This is a great basic quiche recipe. You can easily alter to your preferences. Choose bacon and swiss or spinach and mushroom or brocoli and ham. The combinations are endless. Ingredients

    Eggs - 4
    Milk - 1 Cup (I used 2%)
    Cheese - 2 Cups
    Ham (or other meat) - 1 Cup (diced)
    Flour - 2 tsp.
    Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Onion Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Pie Crust - 1 Ready-Made

Directions

*Combine egg, milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt. Beat until well combined.

*Add ham, cheese and green onion and stir to combine.

*Pour into unbaked pie shell.

*Bake at 350 deg for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near middle comes out clean. The center should bounce when touched.

*Cool for 10 minutes prior to cutting.
