Ingredients

    4 tbsp of Adams peanut,
    1 cup of frzn blueberries
    4 tbsp of honey
    1 cup of fat-free milk

Directions

Cook 3 cups of oat meal, add 1 cup of frzn blueberries, 4 tbsp of Adam's peanut butter, and 4 tbsp of pure honey.
