Ingredients

    14.75 oz can of Pink Salmon
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1 TBSP dry minced onion
    2 slices of whole wheat light bread (toasted and torn apart)
    1 can mushroom pieces (no salt added)

Directions

Remove bones from Salmon and place salmon in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix. Place in lightly greased (I use Pam) crockpot. Cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 equal servings
