    Onion 1 cup chopped
    Garlic 3 cloves minced
    Extra virgen olive oil 1.5 tbs
    Broccoli Fresh 2 cup chopped (or use leftovers)
    Chichen stock 4 cups
    Almond milk 1 cup


saute onions till soft over medium heat
add garlic until fragrant
add broccoli and cook 5 min
add stock bring to boil then simmer ten min
puree soup
add almond milk

Serving Size: makes 4 1.5 cup servings
