    1 apple
    1 banana
    1 orange
    1 mango
    2 celery stalks
    1 carrot
    1 cup spinach
    5 blueberries
    5 grapes
    2 tbs honey
    2tbs splenda
    1 1/2 cup ice
    12oz water

Directions

peel and seed or core fruit and blend on highest setting until well blended (about 1 min)
