Ingredients

    Tuna, Light Miracle Whip, Relish and Hard Boiled Egg Whites

Directions

Boil eggs for about 8 minutes. While this is boiling, stir together drained tuna, relish and miracle whip. After eggs are ready, pour out the boiling water and add cold water to pot (i usually add ice into the pot to speed up the process). Wait 4 or 5 minutes then peel egg and separate so that you only cut up the egg white. Cut into small pieces and add to the tuna salad. Servings are pretty large, but this is for a whole meal.
