Introduction

One dish veggie loaded chicken dish. Would be great with brown rice added or served over a baked potato. I use Braggs liquid aminos in place of salt in most of my recipies. Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    scant 1/4 cup lite italian dressing for marinate
    1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed well
    1 cup cooked lentils
    1 cup stewed tomatoes
    1/2 10 oz package frozen brocolli
    1 cup tomato juice cocktail
    1 cup edemame
    fresh ground pepper
    BRAGGS seasoning
    Fresh Basil as garnish

Directions

Marinade chicken in dressing at least an hour. Cut up in bite size pieces. Saute in 2 T. water. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer till heated thru. Garnish with fresh basil
