Ingredients

MM MM GOOD! figured i'd share it with the SPers out there!!

    Recipe:
1 slice of bread (at the time i used aunt millies wheat bread 35cal/slice)
    1 large egg white 15cal
1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 40cal
    1/4 of a banana 20cal(cut length wise)
    1/2 tbsp strawberry preserves/jam 15cal
    total cals- 125cals!!

FIRST!! clean your george foreman... you don't want garlic taste on your dessert!!

put egg white in a small bowl,
"dunk" the bread in the bowl with egg white
make sure AT LEAST one side is coated well with egg
spread your peanut butter & jelly on the "dryer" side
place the 1/4 of banana in the center and roll up!!(i buy them when they are cheap at the farmers market when they are $.19/lb then i strip them and freeze them in packs of 6 or so... i use them in my oatmeal etc... but they keep well in the freezer... so for this recipe i just take a 1/4 of one out)

i roll it in A LITTLE cinnamon/sugar before i put it on the grill
also sometimes you may have to put some toothpicks in it to hold it together... after a few of them you'll get the hang of it!!

    CHEERS!! & ENJOY!!
