Ingredients

    3/4 c nut meal (I used TJs Almond meal)
    1 1/2 c Oats
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 c milk (any nut, coconut, cow etc)
    1/4 c coconut shreds
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 scoops of any protein powder ( I used Biochems whey chocolate fudge)

Directions

mix dry. add wet ingredients.mix. bake for 15-20 min
