Ingredients

    1-lb shrimp
1 dz. Eggs or egg whites
    1 bunch of Scallions
    1 pkg. of mushrooms
    ¼ c green peppers
    1 carrot
    1 stalk of celery
    ½ stick of butter (ICBINB)
    2-3 jars of LF gravy
    1 box of brown rice
    Lite Soy Sauce (to taste)

Directions

SHRIMPS - Clean the shrimps. Cut them in half if you like. Season with a little season all, garlic salt/powder and a little chopped parsley. Heat w/non-stick spray in a skillet and add shrimp mixture. Cook until pink only! Set aside to cool.
EGG MIXTURE – Break all eggs in a large bowl, add the chopped scallions, chopped mushrooms, chopped green peppers, shred the carrot (use very little) and chopped celery.
Add all the dry seasonings above to the egg mixture. Beat Well! (Except the Soy Sauce)
Now add the shrimps to the egg mixture. Mix!
GRAVY – You can use brown gravy from the jar. It’s easier. I prefer to make my own using Gravy Master. Let it simmer.
RICE – follow the directions on the back of the Uncle Bens box. Set aside.
Heat skillet w/non-stick spray. Make the omelet patties - use all the shrimp/egg mixture.
