Ingredients

    Mix together :

    1 Tbsp Yeast
    1 Cup warm water

    Add and mix together:
    1 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp sugar
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    2 1/2 cup Flour
    Let rise for 5 minutes then spread on a large (11x 14) baking sheet.

    Spread ragu spaghetti sauce on top, I use half of a quart jar size.( 700 ML) About 2 cups.

    Add toppings of your choice, and add mozzerella cheese.
    Season with italian seasoning and garlic salt.

    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
