Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 12 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 spear (about 5" long)
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Garlic, .25 cup
    Indian Heritage Basmati Rice, uncooked, 1 cup
    Kikkoman Organic Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp.
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Onion, medium yellow, .5 serving
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Safeway Chow Mein Noodles, 0.5 cup
    Water Chestnuts (Golden Star) 1 can

Directions

Cook rice per package directions.
Heat oil in large pan to very hot.
May add 1 or 2 red chili peppers.
Dump shrimp and all vegies in at once and stir briskly until done.
Flavor with soy sauce and top with Chow Mein noodles.

    Very Good
    The sauce was so good you might think this was made in a fine Chinese restaurant. Definitely use the basmati rice since its flavor blends well with the shrimp. - 5/15/11
