    4 small summer squash
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 tbs. dried parsley
    salt and peper to taste
    1 tsp virgin olive oil

Directions

cut into 1/2 chunks andmix vegetables and oil together. add parsley , salt and pepper.
cook at 350 for 40 mins.
