Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped
    Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water (3 oz), 1 serving
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Distilled White Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, .5 tbsp
    Salt (table), 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp

Directions

To salad bowl, add vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and mashed egg yolk. Mix to combine. Chop egg white and add to bowl. Add chopped lettuce and drained tuna. Mix to combine.

    Very Good
    Waaay too much vinegar and oil. Next time will use 1 tbsp of olive oil and lemon juice. - 10/2/18
