    1 large jicama
    5 medium Carrots
    1 small pineapple, fresh
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 red onion
    1/2 bunch Cilantro
    1/4 cup Cider or red wine Vinegar
    2 tbl. Olive Oil
    1 tbl Honey
    6 tbl. Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

julienne jicama
shred carrots
dice pineapple
dice garlic
dice onion
combine all ingredients
add salt & pepper to taste
let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to marry
