Ingredients

Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 lbs
*Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, 1 Jar
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 cup
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
Egg, fresh, 3 large
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 4 cloves diced
Rosemary dash
Garlic Salt
Directions
Boil chicken with garlic salt and small amount of olive oil until cooked when cooked drain and mince all the chicken.
Cook pasta al dente and set aside
Dice Garlic and onions
Saute the onions and garlic in pan with olive oil, add cooked chicken and stir
In a sauce pan add tomato sauce the classico too, and the chicken mixture and seasonings then simmer stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl add half of the mozzarella cheese,Ricotta cheese, eggs and mix.
Get a lasagna pan ready and with a spoon spread layer of sauce then spread layer of cheese mixture then place the first layer of pasta repeat layer process, til you fill pan the last layer will be Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan then COVER and cook for 45 min uncover and let it brown for 5 min.
Let it cool off before serving makes 24 servings.
