Ingredients

Bake 400g fish in tin foil with slices of lemon, fresh ground black pepper and salt at 150C for about 10 minutes.
Boil 2 big kumara (sweet potato) to mash.
Cook one med sliced carrot and 1/2 cup peas (I have vege on side so don't include many in pie :))
Fry 1 onion with some lemon zest. Add 1 T flour (I use GF as my family has Coeliac) - whisk in 1 cup of non-fat milk until thickened. Stir in 1 T wholegrain mustard and season to taste. Fold the sauce through the cooked, flaked fish.
    Add cooked carrots and peas.
    Mash kumara with skin.
Place fish at bottom of dish. Top with mash. Grate 20 g cheese (I use edam) on top and bake in 180C oven for about 20 mins.
