A fun twist on tacos. A fun twist on tacos.

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 12 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Trader Joe's Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta, 1 cup

Directions

Cook meat until no longer pink. Add in 2/3 cup water and the taco seasoning, as well as the chopped bell pepper and chopped onion (save half of it to top on your tacos).

Cook pasta according to directions.

Top cooked pasta with meat :D Then top with your favorite taco toppings.

Serving Size: Makes 12 "tacos"
