Ingredients
-
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2/3 C natural (No sugar added) Peanut butter (I use smooth, but you can use whatever you prefer)
1/4 C golden milled flax meal
1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 packets Splenda
approx 5 TBLS water
2 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (Microwaving for 30 seconds will make them easier to mix). This should be very thick - don't add too much water as you want this to be moldable.
A tablespoonful at a time, roll the mixture into balls, wrap in plastic wrap individually and place into refrigerator. Recommend that you allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
You can then grab one as needed and go!
