Introduction

Ingredients

    One 10oz package frozen corn
    One 121g can diced tomatoes with green chillies (green chillies are optional)
    One 15oz can black beans
    Two-Three medium slices onion (Optional)

Directions

Slice onions and combine ingredients in large skillet or frying pan. Cover; cook on medium heat 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes to keep from burning.

Serving Size: Makes about five 1-cup servings
