    4 oz. shrimp, raw
    .5 fl. oz. lime juice
    1 tbsp light margarine
    .5 jalapeno pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    .5 tsp pepper, red or cayenne
    3 oz. Barilla Plus or Whole Wheat Pasta
    .5 avocado, without skin and seed
    1 tbsp cilantro, raw


Put the shrimp in a bowl & pour the lime juice over; mix well.
In a wide nonstick skillet, melt the butter.
When it's foaming, add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the shrimp,lime juice and cayenne pepper and cook about 4 more minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and start to curl.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve the shrimp on pasta and decorate with the avocado and sprinkled with cilantro.
