Ingredients

    1 lb chicken thighs
    1 box vegetable stock
    1 box chicken broth
    2 small bags frozen vegetables (your choice)
    1/2 bag of no yolk egg noodles
    1 packet onion soup mix
    water

Directions

1)slow-cook chicken in vegetable broth until just done.

2)remove chicken to cool

3) add chicken broth, vegetables, and onion soup mix, cook until vegetables are almost to desired texture

4) de-bone, de-fat, de-skin chicken

5) tear/shred/cut chicken and add to soup

6) add noodles, boil soup until noodles are done

7)thin soup with water until broth has desired strength

7) serve
