Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package Uncle Ben's spanish ready rice
    1/2 can (about 1 cup) refried black beans
    1/4 cup frozen corn
    1 tbsp salsa (approximate - to taste)

Directions

Put frozen corn in a pot on the stove and heat (no water added). In the meantime, prepare the rice according to the package. Add rice to the pot. Add1 cup refried beans and mix in. Add salsa to taste. Really easy to make and pretty tasty!

Serving Size: 6 1/2 cup servings (approximately)
