Ingredients

    2 chicken breast
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    Pepper
    Salt
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 tbsp. peanut butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
    2 c. water

Directions

Cut and clean chicken. Steam cook chicken, add salt and pepper to taste. While chicken is cooking, add flour and chili powder into a bowl. Mix well and add 2 cups water, stir until dissolved. Grind garlic and cumin seeds. When chicken is cooked, pour in flour and chili mix, cumin and garlic Stir well. Add peanut butter and stir. Gradually stir in a little more water to thin mixture a little. Simmer to a gravy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chili powder may be a little less or more depending on one's taste, and desired color of gravy.
