Ingredients

    3/4 c. 2% cottage cheese
    1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
    1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    2 c. celery sticks
    4 tsp. almonds, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. basil
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

In medium bowl, gently combine cottage cheese, yogurt, almonds and seasonings. Pour blended mixture into four serving bowls on a lunch plate. Place washed raw vegetables on lunch plate around serving bowls and serve.
