Ingredients

    Beef brisket, 5 lbs
    Wright's hickory seasoning liquid smoke, 2 ounces (1/4 bottle)
    McCormicks Celery Salt 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 Tbs packed
    Kraft Barbecue Sauce Hickory Smoke, 1 cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients in heavy foil.
Bake at 275 for 4 hours.
Pour some of the juice off if necessary.
Slice across grain.
Add BBQ sauce and bake 2 more hours.
