Ingredients

    70 grams pearled barley, uncooked
    70 grams steel-cut oats, uncooked
    70 grams amaranth, uncooked
    pinch of kosher salt
    4.5-5 cups of water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in rice cooker or slow cooker bowl. Add water. Cook on porridge setting of the rice cooker if you have one. Use low or "keep warm" setting for a slow cooker.

This is fairly thick, but that's how I like it.

Start them them before you go to bed. When you wake up, stir and enjoy.
